Inspired by the Bohemian Pilsener, this lager offers a rich, complex malt profile with a spicy, floral presence of Saaz hops. This beer pours a deep burnished gold, which is brilliantly clear with a creamy white head. The lager tastes of complex maltiness combined with a pronounced yet soft rounded bitterness and spicy flavor from Saaz hops.
Our Falls Ridge (previously known as our Three Ridges) is a Vienna-Style Lager that pours a brilliantly clear reddish brown. This lager has a wonderful malt aroma with a slight toasted and bready character. In addition, there are subtle hints of Noble hops. While this is a malt forward beer, the overall impression is balanced by a crisp hop bitterness that does not linger on the palate. This produces a beer that is perfectly balanced, soft, elegant and exceptionally complex.
The Eventide IPA is a red IPA based on the American Style IPA and offers a prominent hop aroma with a piny/spicy character derived from Simcoe and Chinook hops. In addition, to the pronounced hop aroma this IPA offers a distinct hop character that is balanced by a Pale 2-Row and Caramel malts. This IPA pours a light amber with a pronounced off white head that provides a significant amount of lacing.
This honey blonde ale pours golden with a creamy head and has a slight amount of haze to the color from the wheat. It has biscuit and malty notes to the flavor and a touch of honey and citrus. This beer is light bodied but a nice finish to refresh and joy. Brewed with 100 lbs of local wildflower honey from Bubba's Sweet Nectar in Waynesboro, VA.
This Maibock, our Spring Seasonal, has a deep gold color with a long-lasting, firm, cream-colored head. It's mildly fruity with a bready maltiness making up the backbone. It's smooth with a slightly sweet and wondrous flavor.
This American Stye Wheat beer is brewed to be creamy and spiced to perfection with orange peel, coriander, lime peel and tangerine peel. We added in extra raspberry for an enjoyable summer brew.
Inspired by the Copper Canyon in the Sierra Madre Occidental - a canyon formed by 6 rivers – this beer is made with only six ingredients: Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Flaked Maize, Water, Noble Hops, and German Lager Yeast. Our Mexican style lager pours a beautiful burnished copper with a large off white, persistent head. Although light in body from the Flaked Maize, this beer full in flavor from the balance of Vienna and Pilsner malts.

Azeotrope New England ipa
Inspired by the fruity and juicy characteristics of the New England Style IPA, this IPA is bursting with hop flavor and aroma. Dry hopped three times with Cascade, Citra and Mosaic hops this beer has aromas of tangerine, orange, grapefruit, melon and passion fruit. This beer is also brewed with flaked wheat and flaked oats to promote a hazy look and smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Overall, this beer is a hop lover's dream that showcases the best citrus forward hops available.
We've created a summer mojito version of our Skyline Lager! We infused our Skyline to have notes of lemon, lime and mint. Only available in the taproom!
BLACKBERRY & SWEET CHERRY KETTLE SOURED LAGER
Our kettle sour lager is a twist on the traditional Berliner Weisse. The wort soured using acidulated malt and 3 strains of lactobacillus over the course of 36-hours. After kettle pH has been reached the beer then undergoes a traditional lager fermentation. During fermentation we then add generous amounts of blackberries and sweet cherries, totaling just over 1-lb per gallon of beer. The resulting beer is tart and crisp, yet balanced while at the same time bursting with fresh fruit flavors.
NATIVE LAMBIC - AVAILABLE IN 22OZ BOTTLES!
This style beer is brewed using Pilsner Malt, un-malted wheat and Virginia Hops that are aged for 3 years. The Lambic is then fermented and aged for 12 months in Virginia Meritage and Chambourcin wine barrels from Pollock Vineyards. The complex wine aromas are complemented by earthy flavors from the wild yeast fermentation.
