IPA - Red
6.5% ABV 65 IBU
The Eventide IPA is a red IPA based on the American Style IPA and offers a prominent hop aroma with a piney/spicy character derived from Simcoe and Chinook hops. In addition, to the pronounced hop aroma this IPA offers a distinct hop character that is balanced by a Pale 2-Row and Caramel malts. This IPA pours a light amber with a pronounced off white head that provides a significant amount of lacing.

Aurora Pils

Inspired by the Bohemian Pilsener, this lager offers a rich, complex malt profile with a spicy, floral presence of Saaz hops. This beer pours a deep burnished gold, which is brilliantly clear with a creamy white head. The lager tastes of complex maltiness combined with a pronounced yet soft rounded bitterness and spicy flavor from Saaz hops. 2019 Virginia Craft Beer Cup Silver Medal for Czech Lager. 2019 United States Beer Tasting Championship National Grand Champion in Pilsner.

Falls Ridge Vienna Lager

Our Falls Ridge is a Vienna-Style Lager that pours a brilliantly clear reddish brown. This lager has a wonderful malt aroma with a slight toasted and bready character. In addition, there are subtle hints of Noble hops. While this is a malt forward beer, the overall impression is balanced by a crisp hop bitterness that does not linger on the palate. This produces a beer that is perfectly balanced, soft, elegant and exceptionally complex.

Fire Board Blonde
Blonde / Golden Ale
6% ABV 22 IBU
This honey blonde ale pours golden with a creamy head and has a slight amount of haze to the color from the wheat. It has biscuit and malty notes to the flavor but a touch of honey and citrus. This beer is light bodied with a nice finish to refresh and enjoy.

Spartan DIPA
IPA - Imperial / Double
9.5% ABV 85 IBU
This imperial IPA is extremely hoppy with distinct tropical and citrus tones, with slight pine characteristics. The hop character is complemented by an addition of 300-lbs of orange blossom honey that gives it a nice smoothness. Overall, this is an extremely easy to drink Imperial IPA and balances hop bitterness, flavor, aroma, and malt backbone.

Sundog Milk Stout

This milk stout builds a tight, thick head like whipped cream. The aroma is of chocolate, with hints of coffee. The fluffy head coats your upper lip and its creaminess entices your palate. Initially roasty, mocha flavors rise, with a slight hop and roast bitterness in the finish.

Dreamcatcher Braggot

Our Braggot is a perfect blend of honey and beer that provides a nice balance between sweet and malty. Aromas of honey and caramel our Braggot is high in alcohol but still smooth. Brewed with 49 percent honey which gives the beer its perfect balance of strong yet smooth followed with a sweet aftertaste. Our Braggot pairs well with any spicy meal or just to be enjoyed on a nice summer day.

Sour Grapes Pinot Grigio & Cranberry

A twist on our Sour Grapes series, this kettle sour is brewed with 30% pinot grigio grapes must and cranberries, and is bursting with fruit flavors. Brilliantly colored our kettle sour is complimented by a slight bitterness that is perfectly balanced with the sourness of the beer.

Copper Canyon Mexican Lager

Inspired by the Copper Canyon in the Sierra Madre Occidental - a canyon formed by 6 rivers - this beer is made with only six ingredients: Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Flaked Maize, Water, Noble Hops and German Lager Yeast. Although light in body from the Flaked Maize, this beer is full in flavor from the balance of Vienna and Pilsner malts.
